Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your AFA Portal account at any time directly from the app.

How to delete your account

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Open My Profile from the sidebar.
3. Scroll to the Danger Zone section.
4. Click Delete My Account, confirm with your password, and confirm again.

What gets deleted

Your name and email address are immediately removed and replaced with a placeholder. You will no longer be able to sign in.

What is retained

AFA registrations, wallet transactions, and referral/reseller commission records associated with your account are retained in our systems for accounting, audit, and fraud-prevention purposes, as required by applicable financial recordkeeping obligations. This data is no longer associated with an identifiable name or email once deletion is complete.

Wallet balance

Please withdraw or use any remaining wallet balance before deleting your account, or contact an administrator beforehand — balances are not automatically refunded on deletion.

If you can't sign in to delete your account yourself, contact your platform administrator to request deletion on your behalf.
