Terms and Conditions

By creating an account on AFA Portal, you agree to the following terms.

1. AFA Registrations

AFA registrations are manually reviewed by our administrators. Submitting a registration debits the applicable fee from your wallet immediately. If a registration is rejected, the fee is refunded to your wallet in full. Submitting false or duplicate beneficiary information may result in account suspension.

2. Wallet & Payments

Wallet top-ups are processed through Paystack. All fees are quoted in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS). Wallet balances are non-transferable between accounts and, except where required by law or explicitly stated on this platform, non-refundable to external accounts.

3. Referrals & Reseller Commissions

Referral commissions are credited when a user you referred successfully submits a paid AFA registration, at the rate applicable to your account tier. If that registration is later rejected, the commission is deducted back from your wallet. Reseller earnings accrue as a margin over wholesale cost and are paid out to your wallet at an administrator's discretion.

4. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms, submit fraudulent information, or abuse the referral/reseller systems.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
